Red And Black Roulette
Systems
Red and Black are probably the two most common bets, especially with online
roulette. There are plenty of different methods that can be used on red and black which we are going to be looking
at. One thing to keep in mind is that all systems that can be applied to red and black can also be applied to
odd/even and 1-18/19-36.
First of all you should read the following four pages which contains different
betting patterns that you can use, especially with red/black betting -
The Martingale - This is the
double up method. This is generally considered a risky method to use.
The Labouchere - This is our
favourite, it's not guaranteed but it's the safest to use.
The Paroli - This is a positive
progression system, you increase your bets, after a win.
The D'Alembert - We don't really
like this one because the potential profit is small. Use if bored.
Now as we have previously stated on other pages, the above four are just
betting patterns that you can use. All they do is tell you how much to bet, what they don't do though is tell you
WHAT to bet on or WHERE to bet so this is what we're going to be discussing now.
The sleeping colour - Plenty of people try this one. You wait
until you've had a few colours in a row and then start betting on the opposite. For example you could wait until
you've had 4 reds in a row and then start betting on black. You can apply all of the above betting patterns other
than the paroli.
One thing you should know here is that we have seen 16 colours in a row so
never go beyond your means with this system.
The crossover system - It's quite common when playing roulette
to see a pattern like this - black, red, black, red, black, red, black, red. What some people try and do is bet on
this trend ending.
For example if the colours have crossed over 6 times, you could then bet on the
last landed colour in the hope that the trend will end. How much you bet is up to you, again you can use
all of the above patterns other than the paroli.
Quick Warning For Red And Black Betting
As we said higher up, we've seen 16 colours in a row so you should be mentally
prepared for this to happen sooner or later. As we keep saying, the hit and run strategy is your best option,
especially when betting on colours.
Sooner or later you're going to get a long run of colours so always stick to a
stop loss. Remember that the house edge is always there and betting on colours, like anything else, can't overcome
this edge.
